Shutter Island – Exclusive Trailer

Leonardo DiCaprio certainly has his plate full right now. He hasn’t even started promoting Shutter Island yet and is already busy on another movie set. But it’s not The Third Man like other media outlets have been reporting.

“He isn’t involved with that project,” DiCaprio’s rep tells Hollyscoop exclusively in regards to reports that he’s set to star in The Third Man alongside good pal Tobey Maguire.

The 1949 Carol Reed remake centers on novelist Holly Martins as he arrives in Vienna to discover that the friend that invited him, Harry Lime, has died in a traffic accident. Orson Welles starred in the original.

Leo may not be ‘The Third Man’ but he’s the main man in Christopher Nolan’s new sci-fi thriller Inception. The Hollywood heartthrob is currently shooting the movie in Los Angeles alongside Canadian actress Ellen Page.

The Fight is on. Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, and Johnny Depp all want to star as Frank Sinatra, in a new Martin Scorcese movie about Ol’ Blue Eyes life.

The UK’s Daily Star says that, there are parties fighting for each actor. Scorcese would prefer his muse and regularly featured actor to play the role-Leonardo DiCaprio, the movie studio wants Johnny Depp, while Frank Sinatra’s daughter, Tina, would like to see George Clooney star.

Tina Sinatra is also concerned with the direction that Scorcese is going to take with the film. She is worried he will focus more on the negative aspects of her fathers life and would tprefer the movie to center around his music. So it seems that Martin Scorcese has a lot to sort out before the movie can even start shooting.

Martin Scorcese is the director of such films as, ‘Gangs of New York,’ The Departed,’ ‘Casino,’ ‘Goodfellas,’ ‘Raging Bull,’ and ‘Taxi Driver.’

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Titanic will be re-released in the near future in 3D. The major studios are looking to take several box office hits out of the vault for a second release in 3D.

That’s right, you’ll be able to see that tragic iceburg scene like never before. And don’t forget about that sexy scene between Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

Universal distribution president Nikki Rocco says, “I know we’re all watching this to see if there’s something there. The uniqueness of 3D definitely brings something different to the table.”
